Problems with menus and header

    Hello,

I recently purchased MightyMag to use it on a multi site WordPress installation and I'm having a lot of problems with the menu locations and the header customisation.

Regarding the menu locations, I only have one menu called "main menu", which is only assigned to the primary location and shows correctly. However, the utilities menu and footer menu show any published CMS pages on them and I haven't assigned them there, there's not even a menu configured for those locations.

Regarding the header customisation, I'm trying to remove the top left twitter icon, move the logo to the left and assign the widget MightyMag login with ajax to the login bar. I can't find the settings to remove the twitter icon or relocate the logo, and the login with ajax bar doesn't show at all.

Could you please help me with these issues? I've read the documentation but it's extremely scarce, at least the version that I got from envato.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,
    thank you for your purchase.

I'll try to split your question numbering them for better organization:

    1. Well menus are created by the user as needed, then assigned to the desired locations (Utilities / Main / Footer ). Please check the Wordpress menus user guide. If you don't want any menu in a location you can create and assign an empty menu.

    2. The twitter icon is a 'demo', to remove it's enough to clear the input field in Theme Options > Socials > Twitter URL

    3. There's not an option to move the logo. The design is supposed to show the logo in the center, if an AD is added to the header (through Theme Options > Ads > Top Ad), it will shift to the left. Other combinations would need some Custom CSS.

    4. To enable the login feature you need to drag the MightyMag - Login with Ajax widget into the Login Bar widgetized area, did you do that already?

    Hope that helps

    Hi there,

the option Header Buttons > Enable Header Buttons needs to be enabled (I did it).

    Hope it helps

    Hi there,

    1. Do you mean keeping it open by default?

    2. That would only be possible through quite a few customizations unfortunately.

    Hi there,

that would need a customization as well although a small one, try by adding the class 'in' in partials/part-collapsible.php line 51, as such:

    <div id="mgm-collapse-login" class="panel-collapse collapse in">

notice the "collapse in" addition, should work.

    Hope it helps
