I am trying to upload a custom logo for the sports category and cant seem to get it to work

I cant seem to change the custom logo feature on any category with any image......even the ones from the demo content and images provided.

When I go in to edit category- then choose to upload logo- nothing happens when I choose the logo in the dialog box ie insert to post.
