    When I try to update from 1.0 to 1.1 I'm getting the below error

    Hi there,
    weird message indeed. How are you trying to update? If you have the chance I suggest overriding theme folder via FTP.

    I'm trying to update via Envato WordPress Toolkit.

    This have never happen before with other themes.

    Hi there!
    Here's the changelog.

    Envato Wordpress Toolkit is a plugin by Envato. From that message looks to be a licensing-related issue (?), but I'm no expert.  Perhaps you might want to ask Envato Help support on this matter. 

    My suggestion is still to replace/overwrite the theme folder via FTP. Here's some additional instructions.
