1. If you mean the checkboxes display issue, it's a bug introduced with latest WP updates, will be fixed asap. The functionality is still working though you should be able to enable/disable options regardless this visual problem.
2. What do you mean it doesn't work? When VC is bundled with a theme, new versions need to be rolled out with theme updates. You can update VC automatically only if you own a standalone license for the plugin. Latest version will be bundled in next update as well by the way next week.

I just wanted to let you know that it’s the second time I am purchasing the PowerMag theme.
The first time was in 2015, I installed the theme and everything was ok except that I was having some issues with the header. Everytime I inserted a code it didn’t work. I couldn’t even claim my site with Alexa or be verified by Google webmaster because of that. Then the visual composer also stopped working, I updated the PowerMag theme but nothing changed.
I decided to purchase a brand new PowerMag theme again hoping I won’t have those issues anymore, but it got worse. The slider just shows the first 2 images and then it stop and I can’t even update the visual composer feature, which is funny since it's a brand new theme.
I had to put my site on maintenance mode. I am losing customers and money.
To answer your questions:
1- The functionality is not working. As I told you, the slider just shows the first 2 images and then it stop, and we have a blank space after that.
2- The VC is just part of the problem and by the way, I’ve purchased the PowerMag theme a few days ago, I’m surprise I need to update it in other for it to work.
3- The url of the site is http://www.abintou.com but it won’t help since the site is on maintenance mode.
Hi there, Sorry about the troubles you're facing, these are not known issues though, because of that I would need to see it in action in order to help. Please provide admin access I'll take a peek on the slider and VC, I think it's going to be quicker (remember to mark the post as private reply).
FYI: Purchasing a new theme license is necessary in case you need to install it on a new site/domain, but apart from that updating the theme of an 'old' purchase or buying it brand new doesn't make any difference, the product is always the same.
We usually don’t give access to our site to third parties due to previous experiences and security reasons, I hope you will understand.
Since I purchased the PowerMag theme a few days ago and you seem to emphasise that there’s nothing wrong on your side with the theme, could you please send a link directly to my email address where I could download once again the PowerMag theme in case the one I have is damaged.

The theme you have it's unlikely to be damaged, I surely can send to you another copy, although the file I would deliver would be exactly the same downloadable from ThemeForest!
WordPress themes should adapt to many different hosting setups, dashboards and plugins configurations, issues/incompatibilities could always happen. As general advices:
- Always disable all plugins while troubleshooting
