I really didn\'t like your attitude about this ticket, and the way you tried to exploit my words after all the help provided (pre and post sale). Support is not mandatory and it\'s something most of we, as authors, provide for free. Themes on ThemeForestare sold \"AS IS\" and whatever comes next it\'s just good will. Though I\'m really thankful to buyers that choose my products among thousands, it doesn\'t mean I have to accept any kind of support abuse or being mocked. Already wasted lot of time after you I\'m not willing to waste more.
If you feel the product you\'ve bought doesn\'t meet your expectations, I\'ll be glad to provide a refund.
I just asked you about one feature I was and am waiting for, because I understood your respond to my request like I tried to explain. I am not (!) a native (english) speaker, I am from germany and because of that misunderstandings are not so unlikely. I neither exploited your words nor abused or mocked you. Why this allegations?
We are two adult guys and I did not know, that you did not want me to \"proof\" something you asked explicit for. You asked for it, so why do you get offended after I tried to explain my point and the importance of my request?
I don\'t need any refunds, because I will stay with your template. It is an awesome template, but if it is prohibited to ask for new features, it\'s okay.
And if you don\'t want to give any support because of a simple misunderstanding, it\'s also okay - but disappointing (for me).
Besides of this I bought your template because of two reasons:
1. It\'s fast, light and has an awesome design.

Pre- and after-sale support are in my opinion the distinctive features.

I just noticed, that (the important) profile visibility page in buddypress is not visible in your template. If I click on the menu-button, I see an almost empty page. Instead of that, the page should look like this: http://wptavern.com/how-to-change-buddypress-profile-field-visibility-settings
Is a fix on it's way?
