It has been awhile since I updated the theme to a newer version. Is there a way to back up the theme's options and what not before updating so I don't have to go back and change everything once more?
theme options are stored in the database, if you only update theme files (through FTP for example), you won\'t lose them. If you want to back the options up anyway you should backup the db in which your wordpress install runs, in this case probably your hosting provider could help.
