I am having a little problem with the related posts not pulling the related post based on tags. I am using custom post type. So i have been asking a couple of developers and i have been directed to see the theme developer for this, since its a theme thing. I would be happy if you could please help me with this?
See the last response i got to see you.
Download manager uses custom post type. So, your theme provider has to customize related post post feature so it picks up your wpdm packages based on tags. Contact your theme developer about this issue.
well this is not exactly an issue, as the theme requires support for default WP features and post types, while this is related to a custom post type used by some plugin which I don\'t know in detail. Unfortunately support related to third party plugins is not covered by regular support.
What I can say is that the \"related posts\" feature is located in partials/part-related.php, you\'d need to edit the query in that file in order to include the custom post type used by the plugin.
