sorry I'm not sure I understand the question. Your mobile submenu colors doesn't look like the screenshot to me, hence I presume you've already addressed this (?).
sorry, i did not receive your answer by gmail (don\'t know why...) and i just realize i did\'nt attached the right sreenshot for menu color on monitor device. As you can see, font color can\'t be seen except on roll over.
For mobile, i didn\'t maket any changes. So, i still have the same screenshot as below.

First sreenshot is taken from monitor, 2nd from a smartphone (android, samsung s3)

if you want to edit the sub menus color manually to white, you\'d need to use some Custom CSS. Something like this should work:
.main-navigation .sub-menu li a, .main-small-navigation .sub-menu li a {color: #FFF; }
