You categories seems to be colored to me, if you're referring to the menu items, please make sure you're following the instructions in this FAQ. Also I can see some errors triggering in your homepage, I suggest to disable plugins as well while troubleshooting.
The color coding for the categories is not working. It is remaining the primary theme color.
