Have upgraded to latest versions4.1.1 of WP and 1.5.1 of Mighty Mag but Appearnce > Theme Options does not open any of the Tabs. The rest all works, Widgets etc.
I don't know as the problem seems to be specific to your usage (I am running the same configuration). Please disable all plugins as first troubleshooting, if that doesn't work please provide admin access and I'll take a peek.
