I purchased MightyMag template and when i configure the Slider it does not look like your site, the height of big slider is different from the grid (you can check the attached file), what is the problem? How can i resolve it?
please make sure you're uploading images at least 694x350 pixels when featuring them in the slider (which is the actual box size), it should fix the issue.
Bigger images will get cropped automatically although small images can't be upscaled without losing quality.
What you sayis good if I devleop my site for the first time. But I needto migratemycurrent site toMightyMagandmy imagesdo not meet thespecified dimensions.
unfortunately there is not much way around it, it's also true that average slider usage doesn't exceed 5-6 posts featured, you could just make sure you (re)upload bigger images for those few posts only.
I also found this plugin that works similarly to Force Regenerate Thumbnails but it's also capable of upscaling small images. It's untested but you might give it a try.
