Additional information: When I switch to a default theme say twenty fourteen, the user's avatar and names are showing at their appropriate location when I look at the forum.
I'll provide admin credential if required in order to troubleshoot.
bbPress is not among the officially supported plugins hence it goes beyond regular support unfortunately. Although a similar issue was already discussed and resolved, please have a look at this ticket.
I'm on a clean install.
wp 4.1, buddypress 2.2.1, bbpress 2.5.4 and powermag 1.9
I have an issue with the forums as soon as I kick the theme in.
When someone posts, the first post layout is fine. Any reply after though, the avatar and name is at the bottom of the screen.

I've searched for hours and looked at the code.
The only similar case was this one where the individual attribute the glitch to the theme on bbpress forums.
