I have an issue with a repeating image on the Grid Slider.

I have a featured post that is repeating the image on the Slider to the left and the grid to the right. I have plenty of posts on my website so am sure a lack of these isn't the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, how does the grid decide what images to display? Currently, it is showing the second to last post from my Reviews category and the last two from my Hardware category.
