Header Background Colour

    Hi there,

    I am having an issue with the colour of the header on my website www.alteregogaming.com

    I am using a Boxed style layout and have changed the colour of my main menu buttons and their corresponding widget title colours. For example, if you visit my website, on the main navigation menu the colour under the word News is red and the colour of the 'bar' either side of the News widget is also red.

    If you then click on the News button in the main navigation menu it takes you to a News page that has a the logo on a blue header background (which is how I want it) *but* if you return to the homepage again and click on either the News widget title or a News post, the header behind the logo then changes to Red - which clashes with the logo.

    Is it possible to keep the bits that I want one colour, whilst always keeping the header another colour?

    I have gone to Appearance > Theme Options > Backgrounds > Header Background and changed the colour, but that doesn't seem to affect anything?!?

    Hi there,

    That is normal behavior as the specific category color has precedence over the global header color.

    You might could paste something like that in the Custom CSS textarea to force the blue header color all over the site (untested):

    #mgm-header-opacity {background-color: #00aced!important}

    Hope it helps
