it got solved :-) . For sake of knowledge: So the problem was that whenever we were using a image on a post smaller than the default crop size 674 x 350, then the images were showing up as bigger in size than the cropped one causing the whole layout to be messy.
So the slider size was lager with a empty space at the bottom.
Take away is that use post images as larger that 700 x 400 to get theme intended home slider layout.
Why are the images on the home page so distorted and repeat at the bottom half?
Its set to Home page one and half slider option. Where are we going wrong?
