There might be a javascript issue in your dashboard that prevent the tabs to work correctly, please try to disable all plugins as first troubleshooting, and it case it fixes re-enable them one by one to detect the problem.
The tabs work properly and install from scratch WP and theme.
Now my question is have tutorials or manual settings of the theme video, I want you to visualize as home 2 of their demo.
