Yes i have it translated, thats what i thought, I tried also translating the plugin pot file, but couldn´t the weird thing is that some texts are translated others not.
The menu texts 'Notifications', 'Messages', 'Mentions', etc, are not located in theme files but in BuddyPress plugin's folder, you can perform a global search in theme's file to verify those are not found. Hence I'm not really sure why they don't get translated, but the problem must be within buddypress pot. Perhaps try making some web search for similar issues on their support forums (?).
I tried changing texts using the theme .po file and buddypress, but couldnt find where to change the profile tabs and "last update" text.
