1. Is there a how to manual for someone like me whose not technical would be great. 

2. How do you makethe featured images of a post smaller? so they arent massive, is there a way other than clicking smaller featured image ? as this cuts the image in half

3. Lastly for now ? how do I get my home page looking like the live demo ? at the moment there is a massive blank space on the home page and it looks rubbish
