Mate, let me be honest but please don't take it the wrong way: I am not your personal web assistance because 1 year and a half ago you bought a theme for a few bucks. Your requests are going far beyond regular support policy (that I offer as a 'plus', but it's not even mandatory), which is meant for theme features, bug fixes and updates.
I've been helping you a lot in the past, but please consider hiring a professional to follow you with this kind of things.

the file is not enqueued from PowerMag, which uses the native jQuery version enqueued by Wordpress itself (as every theme and plugin should do!).

and i have powermag not mightymag
i have disabled all plugins, re installed wordpress and the problem still lies, its not the install nor the plugins
my host has said this again
