I imported a new demo xml on your install, now media are also there. Please have a look at the default documentation and the FAQ section to seek information on how to proceed from now!
Sorry I don't understand if this is some kind of joke. What do you mean I'm not helping you? I also uploaded the xml file for you which goes beyond regular support! Files are already imported you don't need to do it again.
Anyways, I attach a new xml file.
If you want a refund it's fine for me, but you have to address this to Envato Support as we, as authors, cannot handle that.
Can you help me to install demo content? I try several times but no succeded. Thank you!!!
