Thanks for making an excellent theme, I'm very happy with all the costumizability and possibilities for integration with bbpress and buddypress.
However, I came across a rather odd issue that appears in the BBPress forums. If you'll look at the link I provided (which leads you to a forum on my website) you'll see it says
"There is a total of 1 topics and 1 replies for this topic"
in the red bar. Then, immediately below that, it says
"Oh bother! No topics were found here!"
and no topics appear. When I temporarily changed the theme to twentyfourteen, this was not an issue, so I'm currently thinking it's a problem with the theme/plugin integration.
Could you please help me out? I'd really appreciate it, thank you!
That seems to be a recent known bug with the theme when running bbPress and WP 4.0. We're working on a fix, it'll be released as soon as possible. In the meantime you can revert back to WP 3.9.2, or check the info on this ticket as it might help.
Thanks so much for the update - I installed it today. However, the same problem as above persists, although I did clear my cache plugin and activated bbpress anew... Is there anything I'm doing wrong? See attached a screenshot of what I see when I open a forum :)
I couldn't find forums on your link. Please make sure you're running WP 4.0 and bbPress 2.5.4. Also double check you purged all possible caches, browser, CDN services such as cloudflare etc, Plugins. As the fix is working for me and other users.
Sorry to say but I purged all my caches (host, website/plugins, browser), I don't have any Cloudflare or other CDN services running, the bbpress_fix.php is there, too and even with all other plugins deactivated, it still doesn't work for me (or in other browsers).
