that is normal as the aspect ratio of the images are different than the one of the previews, when you upload an image WordPress automatically creates different crops of that image to fit various parts of the theme. Having full images with all different sizes and ratios would look very bad, ideally you should crop images manualy through the media uploader or pre-crop them to keep the same ratio as the theme uses.
After the article is published on the website, the template cuts the picture! how can this be fixed? I want the picture to be full size
