1. This is most likely related to special characters (in your case arabic language) into tags. (this was reported in another ticket)
If you have you have WP_DEBUG mode active, by disabling it in your wp-config.php you should be able to get rid of that warning, until a fix is released in next update.
2. I guess you fixed this as it's looking good now.

I have inserted and all done BUT there is small problem " THE STARTS ( REVIEW ) is floating the words ( Desc ) please check the attached and revite back with the code

Other than that, did you edit the RTL css file? I'm asking this because if I test the live demo with the RTL tester plugin (just as I did prior release), the review box looks just fine (also the other code snippet I gave you shouldn't be necessary).
Hi there, please test it on a blank review, maybe it's a problem with the video embed breaking the html or some plugin. As you see from the attached screenshot review boxes work fine to me in RTL mode. Thank you
Sorry I'm not sure about your latest question, yes there is a new update which addresses some issues but not relevant to this, I can't fix something that is working on my end, so we need to understand why this is happening for you.
Please disable all plugins as first troubleshooting or, even better, test the review box on a fresh wp install if you get the chance.
As I said before I have to be able to replicate the issue to consider it a bug and possibly fix it. RTL reviews work fine to me as I showed on the screenshot, I asked you if you edited the RTL css file or have some custom CSS in place but didn't receive an answer. Also please always try to disable all pugins when troubleshooting. Thank you.
