    Is it possible to remove the footer and bottom menu?  If so, please advise how.

    Hi there,

    It would be possible with some Custom CSS, unfortunately personal customizations go beyond regular support. To put you on the right tracks, you should paste something as:

    #mgm-footer-wrap {display:none!important}
