Did you set category colors in Posts > Categories? Also make sure there are some posts in categories with a custom color set.

Yea how was this fixed? Some of my articles need 2-3 categories.
Hi there,
if that helps, when multiple categories with different color are set for a post, the one with the lowest ID in database is taken.
