Was working fine, then today I added google analytics code into the appropriate place, when I went to check the site in IE, it's not loading (the spinning circle icon is just stationary. Not sure that it's the analytics code that broke it, could have been something else but unsure how to check. Any ideas welcome. Other than that, great theme and thank you! :)

Gaaaah - Sorted it, sorry to worry you!
Turns out, with jetpack activated the site doesn't load content, with it disabled it works fine.
Goodbye jetpack I hate you for ever hahaha
