Hi there,

1. Create a new Page and name it something like Blog.
2. From the dropdown menu at the right Page Attributes > Page Template select MightyMag Blog
3. Save the page
4. Now move to Settings > Reading
   
5. In Front page displays > Posts Page select the page you just created and click Save changes
6. Done! Now you can link the page in your main menu like in the live demo in Appearance > Menus

PS: Just out of curiosity, may I ask where did you get that link of the staging area?

that is odd indeed, could please check the file template-blog.php is actually there (main theme root)?

I attach the file in case is missing, I'll check up on that right now
