Hi there,

for the header it's the default behavior for the menu items to stack vertically when the Leaderboard setting is on, in order to make room for Logo + Advert + Menu to stay on the same line whenever possible. Unfortunately your logo is too wide to allow this.

About the footer I believe it's a bug instead, I'll dig into this, in the meantime you should fix it by pasting this in the Custom CSS textarea (Advanced Tab)
