I have one more idea I will try and see how it goes, if not I will talk to the other co-owners to allow access, the website is part of a LLC so just allowing access may take a day if accepted.
Is there anyway using your theme to keep the current main page as the main page when a member is logged in and have it automatically redirect to a different page when a visitor is on the website?
not through theme options unfortunately, although I'm considering integrating such option. It'd be possible but it would require some custom coding at this time.
Ok so I've checked through as much as I can and ran some little tests I came up with and found out that everything done in Homepage Big and Homepage Medium using the HP Category Regular widget only shows the Widget Titles and no information under it. This includes visitors and members. But when logged in as an Administrator it shows everything fine. Other widgets such as advertisements for google adsense show up perfectly. Its just the HP Category widgets that do not show any information.
I understand and I'm sorry about the issue you're facing but since it's specific to your usage, and you told me you already tried disabling all plugins, I would need to access your dashboard in order to try troubleshooting this.
If you have the chance, you might could try installing the theme on a clean wordpress install to see if the problem persists.
It could also might be a database issue, you might could try running some db cleaning utilities from your host or through plugins.
Our front page consists of the HP Category Regular widgets to show certain sections of our latest posts. It shows up perfectly for registered members.
Unfortunately for unregistered visitors none of the posts appear, how do I fix this?

that is odd indeed, could you please try to disable all existing plugins, especially Buddypress?
After that could you please just leave Buddypress active and then post the results?
