I installed the theme successfully and everything went great expect that i receive a message saying "PowerMag recommends the following plugin: Social Count Plus" but the problem is that this plugin doesn't exist even if i searched for it in the plugins section. I tried to download it or instilling it nothing works because it doesn't exist.
I know unfortunately the plugin has been discontinued, will be removed and possibly replaced in the next release. I attach the last version of the plugin anyway.
thanks for the quick help. but now I have a bigger problem. I'm almost done with my website and when I changed Wordpress language to Arabic all my home screen widgets disappear and only my header and the footer exist. even the icons are in the wrong position. I know the theme supports RTL and you mentioned something about localization file though I didn't really grasp the idea. thanks for the support
Hi. I see that the support goes a little slow and time is not my friend here. I decided to use another theme and wish to have a refund. sorry for any disturbance and I wish to buy more products from you in the near future.
I understand you concern although support goes from Monday to Friday, from 10am to 5pm - UTC+8.00, as stated on the support site homepage. Unfortunately we can't afford to work on weekends as well.
I understand your need to move faster than that, but unfortunately this is not an eligible reason to issue a refund.
Still, I'll be glad to assist with your RTL problem. It is more likely caused by translating the sidebars names. Let me know if you need more assistance on the matter.
I'm terribly sorry I totally forgot about the difference in working days between us please mind my foolishness.
I started again from the scratch and have a couple of questions before I start;
1- I successfully applied the rtl now but when I use the default homepage everything disappears and I have to use a static home page, the problem is that I can't use any of the theme's features ( no sliders no unique colors for navigation tabs and can only use the default sidebar.
2- all the post have width problem in mobile version. their width is 300 and are in the place of the side bar.
this is my website (www.irongamerar.com) I would really appreciate if you can solve these issues for me.
P.s: before using RTL I didn't face any of these issues and was able to use the theme perfectly.
1. Do you mean you have issues when using the Widgetized homepage? Cause I've seen this problem before, can you please provide admin access so I can take a look? It's probably easier. Thanks
2. The issue seems to be caused by Google+ sharing button. Can you please disable it in Theme Options > Social Media > Google +1 and check if that helps? You don't need that anyway as Google Plus has been shut down.
