about the 275 line Warning, which shouldn't affect any functionality, you can safely remove/comment out that part of the code (precisely from line 274 - 278 of functions.php), a fix have been already packed with an upcoming update.
Other warnings seems to be specific to your usage, please try disable plugins to see if those are fixed. By the way those are warnings (not errors) that generally do not affect functions, you can hide them by disabling WP_debug in your wp-config.php.
