Please view the images for a bit more clarity on my issue. Basically, I've inserted an image in the Top Ad (instead of an ad). On a mobile device (iPhone 5), the ad displays properly, but on a full site, it doesn't display at all.
I did exactly that. And I'm still not getting the top ad on a full screen. Are you viewing the site on a mobile device? It comes up just fine on mobile. When debugging in Chrome, and I hover over the image, it says 0 x 0 pixels (Natural: 778 x 200).
Yes I'm looking at it on a laptop, Chrome / Mac, the image is displaying fine to me. I'll test it out on a PC later on but I doubt this will change as it rarely does. Please in the meantime try with a different browser/machine
