Please try to switch to another theme and/or disabling plugins and resetting permalinks. It might help as it doesn't sound like a theme related issue. Thank you
what I'm saying is try to verify if this happens also switching to another theme. So you know if the problem is theme specific or WordPress specific. Thanks
