Well I have realised that both of my blogs works the same wp version, and I have also tryed desactivating all the old plugins... Now I have Genesis framework, could this be a problem?

Apparently it works, but I dont know if this error is going to give me troubles in the future.
glad your first issue was solved. The second warning is harmless it won't affect any functionality. You probably have WP_debug mode enabled, I suggest to disable it in wp-config.php (if you're not a developer of course).
Any time I try to see the preview gives me the following error:

Any idea how to solve it? I'm goingto update wp to 3.9.1, because In other blog that I have I judt dont have any problem.
