Hi, both sites responsiveness gets broken by the advert codes at the top not being responsive. Please make a search for Responsive Google Ads to learn more about it.
Visual Composer is bundled with the theme already, but if you wish to update it as soon as updates are released by WPBakery you need to buy a separate license from them, otherwise you need to wait for PowerMag updates.
Theme support will only cover up to the bundled version, although it's also true that if you buy a separate license you'd be eligible to ask support from VC team directly.
