i use current theme 1.6 , i now that is new update 1.7 release but i cant find it in my admin panel also i search about update but i didn't find any information about .
1- how i can update my theme ?
2- is the update will delete translate language file ?
3- also is it will delete Custom CSS ?
4- do i need to had child theme before update ?

You had this error where? Is there anything non-working? There might have been something wrong while uploading some files though, you might want to try overriding theme files again before digging into this any further.
