I have attached an image. At the bottom of the page just above author there is a list of categories. What code do I need to make the font bigger please?

You can set the base font size in Typography > Body font > Base Size and all sizes will change accordingly.
To selectively change some specific parts some CSS knowledge is required. Unfortunately personal customizations are not covered by regular support, which is meant for bug fixes, help on theme features and updates.
Some font-sizes are fixed due to design and usability needs. It's not usual to change tags/categories block sizes, it's still possible but it would require a customization.

I have changed body font > base size but it does not change that font size.
Some font-sizes are fixed due to design and usability needs. It's not usual to change tags/categories block sizes, it's still possible but it would require a customization.
