I just update my wordpress 3.9 and my visual editor does not work. How? It seems that visual editor would need an update but I do not have the key for the update ...
Way out of this impasse, my editors can not spend this visual editor? ..

There is a compatibility issue between the bundled VC version and WP 3.9. You'll need to wait for a theme update (that is coming in the next couple days) or revert back to WP 3.8 in the meantime.
The bundled version of VC can't be updated trough the WP dashboard but you'd need to wait for theme updates.
For the future I always suggest not to update your WP until full compatibility is declared in the item's page.
Thanks Djwd. I make te upload of the new version. But now I don't even have the visual composer buton on the article.Yet, I installed the 2 plugins suggested. Without mentionning I lost the modifications I have made on the theme.
I have the same issue. Seems there is Visual Composer 4.1.1.1 but mine is 4.0.3

To disable update notifications I use this plugin.
It can disable WordPress core, theme and plugin updates.
No more annoing "update" button in the admin bar and background updates.

The update (PM 1.7.2) is available on your ThemeForest dashboard.
About update notices, I would follow Sergey's suggestion (thanks), it's probably the quickest way.

I have download the updated version 1.7.2 , but I am not very good concerning the technic part of my website.
Do you have a tutorial to help me update the new version without deleting the current one with all the customed settings please ?

Since 1.7.0 bundled plugins have to be installed separately to respect new TF requirements.
If you did this correctly please make sure you enabled the VC for posts in Settings > Visual Composer > Content types
