Hello, I have been having an issue, i have tried everything to fix it , I have also enabled and disabled the minify in the advaced menu also have tried w3 total cache still same issue

Unfortunately support do not cover this kind of requests, as the theme is already optimized as its best. A stock wordpress template is not the same as a custom site, there are things that must be that way despite google insights (jquery, for instance, must be loaded above the fold). Btw from the results it doesn't look like minifiers are enabled, and it also lists some files that are loaded in footer already, so I believe it's something related to your CDN service.
