Refund is given when there's something wrong with the theme itself, which I know is not the case as the theme it's been used by 100+ customers. It's definitely some other issue which I need to dig into in order to help you out.
Unfortunately your request came over the weekend and it might have been a bit slower than usual, as I was also traveling.
I'm here to help now though, if you're willing to sort issues out please provide admin access and I'll take a peek.
Otherwise could you please remove the 1 star rating as it's ruining the theme's rating for no fair reason.
