that's a Wordpress native menu item, shouldn't be related to the theme. Are you saying that if you activate another theme the menu items is there? I couldn't replicate the issue, the 'Editor' link is there for me.
I believe that, the question is: if you switch to another theme it does appear back? As I can't think of any correlation between Snews and this issue you're having.

Nope. I don't know if it relates to theme. I haven't tried it.
It should obviously be there, but I can't find how to fix it.
You would need to try it though as this is support for Snews, not general WordPress issues
