When I create a new menu category and add the hex code in the description the menu item shows the correct color, but when i click on a sub link the new page that loads always has green color. the posts in the category and widgets on the page are all green color.
On your demo page all posts and widgets colors correspond to the category color.

Hi there,
the menu item colors are unrelated to their link, as it could be possible that not all menu items are linked to categories.
You can set up the category color accordingly in Posts > Categories > Category Color
