Unfortunately I don't know the plugin, never used it. You might want to try asking their support as third party plugins are not covered by regular support policy.
Oh, Co authors plus pretty much lets you add multiple authors to a post. To integrate it I just needed to find the lines of code where it displays the authors name. Could you tell me where that is.
the author name is displayed in several locations, you can make a global search in theme folder for "the_author". Otherwise if you could be more specific on what u need I'll tell you the exact files. Thank you
