Dear DJWD,
I'm having a problem with affiliate button. I set up the review section, filling out the affiliate link, button text and all the necessary fields, but the button with the link does not appear. Please check the below link:

The thing is that there is nothing to fix...the affiliate button shows up fine on all browsers to me, it must be a local problem. Please try on a different computer.
It seems that, the problem is visible on Google Chrome only.

actually looking at the page you linked, it does appear. Perhaps a caching issue?
EDIT: it also appears on Chrome to me
