Hi
My page tabs aren't appearing correctly (see attached image). The 'Home' tab looks fine, but the remaining tabs are squished together in the top right-hand corner.
Is there any way to fix this so that they all appear as the larger 'Home' tab does?

You need to setup your menus and assign them a location in Appearance > Menus
Here's the official user guide from Wordpress Codex, it should describe the process in detail. If you don't want a menu, just create and assign an empty one to the desired location.

Those are just empty menu items. You need to setup your menus in Appereance > Menus as described in the documentation and they'll appear fine.
