If you're not steps are outlined in the documentation > Creating The Homepage. The Sidebar can be moved globally through the Customizer > Theme Layout > Sidebar Positioning or specifically in the homepage options as shown in the documentation. Alright, did you take a look at the docs?
If you're importing demo data the output is pretty much the same as the live demo out of the box.
If you're not steps are outlined in the documentation > Creating The Homepage.
The Sidebar can be moved globally through the Customizer > Theme Layout > Sidebar Positioning or specifically in the homepage options as shown in the documentation.
