In my theme does not appear the option to customize it, when I click on the menu item the only item that appears is the widgets, the others do not appear and therefore I can not edit the theme.
I am an advanced user with knowledge in PHP, but I could not solve this problem.

Before anything else, was this happening before the WP 4.9 update as well? As the theme has not been yet tested with this version, this info would help.
I was able to replicate the issue on WP 4.9, the problem was identified already and we're working on a fix. It'll be available for download ASAP. (few hours). If you have troubles waiting and don't want to revert back to previous WP version (which I don't recommend anyway), I can provide you with the update without having to wait for its release.

The theme is localization ready and theoretically it's available worldwide, but feel free to translate it and share the .po .mo files, I'll be happy to bundle it in the theme package
